Rathore's bail plea extended to Feb 8
Chandigarh, Jan 13: The bail plea of tainted former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore has been extended to Feb 8 by the the court of the additional district and sessions judge on Wednesday, Jan 13.
The Court has directed Rathore to deposit his passport in the court within seven days and has also forbidden Rathore from leaving the country.
Hearing of the case has been scheduled for three continuous days from Feb 8 to Feb 10.
The Court's decision came in the wake of the appeal filed by Rathore against his sentencing in the Ruchika molestation case by the special court of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Dec 21.
