Anti-Sikh riots: Sajjan Kumar charge sheeted

New Delhi, Jan 13: CBI has charge sheeted former Congress MP Sajjan Kumar in the two separate in connection with the anti-Sikh riots on Wednesday, Jan 13.

Investigation report of the CBI was submitted before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kaveri Baweja.

The filing of the charge sheets in the cases against Kumar and others were done in Sultanpuri and Delhi Cantt police stations, with regard to the killing of seven and five persons respectively in the riots.

A closure report of the case, registered with the Mongolpuri police station was also filed by the CBI.
