Chicago, Jan 12: The status hearing of US terror suspect David Headley scheduled in a court on Tuesday, Jan 12, has been postponed till Feb 23.
The hearing was scheduled before US Judge Harry Leinenweber in US District Court of Illinois.
Spokesman for US Attorney's office Randall Samborn said, "Hearing has now been cancelled and postponed till Feb 23."
Samborn also said, "The hearing has been postponed by agreement of both parties."
