AC on SpiceJet plane fails, passenger faints
Ahmedabad, Jan 12: SpiceJet flight from Goa-Ahmedabad made an emergency landing on Monday, Jan 11, at the Mumbai airport as the air conditioner system was reportedly not working.
The flight took off despite its airconditoner not working. Passengers started complaining of suffocation. One of the women passengers fell unconscious.
According to airport sources, "There was some problems in the functioning of air conditioning unit and passengers were feeling uneasy."
"Hence, the aircraft had to made an emergency landing. All passengers are safe," sources said.
"There were over 170 passengers on board and the flight has already taken off for its destination," the spokesperson said without divulging further details.
