JD (U) stages protest against rising prices in Delhi
New Delhi, Jan 9(ANI): Delhi Pradesh Janata Dal (United) staged a demonstration against the rising prices at Jantar Mantar.
Addressing the rally party president Sharad Yadav blamed the UPA Government for constant rise in prices of initial commodities.Manmohan Singh Government is doing nothing and it has become difficult for the common man to lead the day to day life," Yadav said.
He felt that all opposition parties should come together and launch a nation- wide agitation against the UPA Government.
Speaking on the occasion, party Delhi unit president Balbir Singh said the anger of common man would pull the UPA Government down.
He also described Manmohan Singh as Man Mahangayi (inflation) ingh.
The JD (U) leaders also blamed the policies of the UPA Government for rising prices.
The protestors were later arrested by the Delhi Police. (ANI)
