CBI files new chargesheet against Satyam Raju & co
Hyderabad, Jan 8: New charges have been filed against the Satyam scam mastermind Ramalinga Raju and five others in connection with the accounting fraud that came to light in Jan 2009.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has reportedly filed the third chargesheet against the six accused in a Hyderabad court.
Headquartered in the capital of Andhra Pradesh, Satyam Computers was severely hit by the fraud orchestrated by its founder, Raju.
The first chargesheet against the accused was filed in Apr 2009, followed by a second one in Nov 2009.
