Tata to launch Nano in US in 3 years
New Delhi, Jan 6: While speaking to reporters at the Auto Expo here, Tata Groups chairman Ratan Tata revealed the company's plan to launch Tata Nano in US soon.
Tata Motors may consider launching its low-cost car, Nano, in the United States in three years, he said on Tuesday, Jan 5.
The world's cheapest car, which is fondly called India's 'people's car', has been a big hit ever since its unveiling.
Earlier, when the company was asked about its plans to take the car abroad, Tata had said that it will not take this step till domestic demands are met.
