Rahul Gandhi visits a school in Amethi
Jayas (Uttar Pradesh), Dec 23 (ANI): Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi visited a school in the Jayas area of Amethi on Tuesday.
He enquired about the education system in the school.
"Rahul Gandhi came here and spoke to us regarding education of children. He also enquired about free computer education to children," said Tabassum, a teacher.
He also visited Rampatti village under Bhetua development block and took stock of local developmental works.
While addressing the women members of self help group he said that women could improve their economic standard through cottage industries.
He also expressed his unhappiness over irregularities related to PWD's Bhadar -Jamo road construction.
Earlier, he met local congress leaders and panchayat representative in Munshiganj guesthouse. (ANI)
