Connectiva systems expands global operations and senior management team
New York, Dec 22 (ANI/Business Wire India): Connectiva Systems, Inc., a leading provider of revenue and risk management solutions for the telecommunications industry, announced it has expanded its global innovation and delivery center in Kolkata, India and opened a new office for worldwide headquarters in Manhattan, New York.
The company has also appointed executives Anandan Jayaraman to Chief Product and Marketing Officer and Krishnendu Sen Gupta to General Manager, India and Senior Vice President.
With its headcount increasing by 100 percent in 2009, the India global innovation and delivery center provides analytics-based revenue assurance and fraud management solutions for leading telecommunications operators across the world. The upgraded, state-of-the-art facility now spans 30,000 square feet and is equipped to accommodate world-class development and delivery.
To oversee Connectiva's continued international growth, Anandan Jayaraman has been appointed Chief Product and Marketing Officer. He will lead global corporate and product strategy in addition to heading product management, marketing and sales consulting functions. Jayaraman brings a wealth of expertise in global business development and driving new growth initiatives in multiple solutions and verticals, as well as deep industry experience related to multi-channel customer management, billing and business intelligence. Previously with SAP, the world's largest business software company, Jayaraman also held senior leadership roles at Epiphany and Siebel Systems.
Krishnendu Sen Gupta has been selected General Manager, India and Senior Vice President to direct Connectiva's business and technology operations out of India. With more than 25 years experience in IT and over a decade in the telecommunications industry, Gupta possesses the strategic insight to help Connectiva grow as a global company. Prior to Connectiva, Gupta led transformation and consulting for a large strategic outsourcing account of IBM. He also held leadership roles at Convergys, UshaComm, Tata Elxsi, Microland and Wipro.
