Bangalore police arrests three more people in 2008 blast incident
Bangalore, Dec 17 (ANI): The Bangalore city Crime Branch police have arrested three more persons in connection with the 2008 serial bomb blast, which left city horrified.
Police arrested the three identified as Tajuddin, Sarfuddin and Abdul Khadar.
Their arrest could be possible on the revelation n y Naseer who was apprehended earlier this month.
While Tajuddin and Sarfuddin belong to neighboring Kerala, while Abdul Khadar is from Kodagu district of Karnataka.
Joint Police Commissioner, (Crime Branch) Alok Kumar said the trio has been remanded to police custody till December 28.
"In connection with Bangalore blast case, three more accused have been arrested and that arrest has taken place after the information from Nazeer and Shaffaz. Two persons they belong to Kerala state, one person belong to Karnataka state. One person is Tajuddin. T. Tajuddin he is from Vedimara, Ernakulam district in Kerala, second person is Sarfuddin, he is from Kannur in Kerala and third person is Abdul Khadar, he is from Virajpet in Kodagu district of Karnataka," Kumar said.
"They have been produced before the magistrate and they have been given to police custody up to 28th of December," he added. (ANI)
