Motif Inc to expand center in Costa Rica
Bangalore, Dec 16: Motif Inc, a leading U.S. based BPO and KPO Service Company has announced plans to expand its center in Costa Rica, for which the company will invest $2.5 million.
The center will start operation from Jan 2010.
The service center consisting of 500 seats will join the list of global delivery centers situated in Ahmedabad, Manila and Philippines.
With the view to accelerate the company's global capacity, the Costa Rica center will provide bilingual support in English and Spanish along with providing location redundancy.
Talking about the decision, Motif"s President and CEO, Chris Meneze said, “This is a significant milestone in Motif"s history – Our new Costa Rica center expands our international footprint and language capabilities, while positioning Motif for further growth."
Motif Inc offers customer support, back office processing, research and analytics and online fraud prevention services to Fortune 500 companies.
