Prince William to begin first major Australian visit
Melbourne, December 15 (ANI): Prince William will head to New South Wales next month to bring the international attention to the state, Premier Kristina Keneally has revealed.
The second in line to the British throne will visit Sydney and Melbourne where he is expected to be trailed by a large contingent of journalists, covering his first major Australian visit in late January.
"Prince William's visit will showcase NSW to an international audience. We are delighted to welcome back the prince to Sydney," the Daily Telegraph quoted Keneally as saying.
The royal's trip may bring more attention if he travels with long-time girlfriend Kate Middleton, it was said.
The couple has been dogged with rumours of engagement, the latest one being an announcement may come over the Christmas period. (ANI)
