Obama gives himself a B plus for first year in office

London, December 14 (ANI): Barack Obama has given himself a B plus for his work during his first 11 months as US President.

The president was interviewed by chat queen Oprah Winfrey who quizzed what grade he would give himself.

Obama explained during the ABC network Christmas at the White House special, why he would not grade himself with top marks.

"B plus because of the things that are undone. Health care is not yet signed. If I get health care passed, we tip into A minus," the Telegraph quoted him as saying.

Obama further revealed what would be his seasonal wish, saying: "I want the American people to feel confident that our future is gonna be bright.

"The 21st century will be as much the American century as the 20th century, as long as we maintain our sense of unity, but also our sense of hard work and determination." (ANI)
