Top al-Qaeda leader killed in drone attack: US
Washington, Dec 11: A US government official said that a top al-qaeda leader was killed in US drone attack on South Waziristan in a TV News report on Wednesday.
However, the name of al-qaeda chief Osama-bin-Laden or the outfit's second man in command Ayman al-Zawahiri has been ruled as the one who died in the attack.
While Us official claimed of killing almost half of the most wanted al-qaeda militants, Pakistan official denies having any missile attacks in the region.
US officials claims that drone attacks have increased since the Obama administration.
