SC to hear Manu Sharma's bail plea on Jan 19
New Delhi, Dec 11: The Supreme Court on Friday, Dec 11, posted Manu Sharma's bail hearing plea to Jan 19, 2010.
A bench of Justices P Sathasivam and H L Dattu did not entertain the submission made by senior counsel Ram Jethmalani on the earlier rejection of Sharma's bail.
Earlier, Delhi High Court had sentenced life imprisonment for Manu Sharma in the Jessica Lal murder case.
