India will seek Headley's extradition: Home Secy

New Delhi, Dec 10: India will seek access for the interrogation and extradition of US terror suspect David after the NIA completes its probe into his links with the 26/11 attack.

Speaking to reporters, Home Secretary G K Pillai said, "National Investigation Agency (NIA) has been investigating. They will continue and will seek access for interrogation and extradition of Headley."

The FBI has charge sheeted Headley for conducting "extensive surveillance of targets in Mumbai for more than two years" preceding the 26/11 terrorist attack in Mumbai.
