Teen attempts rape on 31-month old girl

Mumbai, Dec 9: An FIR has been registered against a 16-year-old boy in Versova for attempting rape on his 31-month old neighbor.

"What was done to my daughter was inhuman. How can someone even think of doing such a heinous act to a kid? I want the boy to be punished," said the victim's father.

Police said that the medical report confirmed attempt of rape on the girl and FIR has been lodged to this affect.

While the police are on the look out of the accused, the parents of the absconding teenager is being interrogated.
