Indian student attacked in Australia

Melbourne, Dec 9 (ANI): Unknown goons in Melbourne stabbed a 23-year-old Indian youth in his chest here today.

Police claimed that the Indian student, who was attacked by the assailants, was left to bleed on the Brunswick West Street. The youth also worked as a taxi driver in Melbourne, police added.

According to the police investigating the case, the attack on the Indian student was not because of ethnic differences or an attempt of robbery as the cash and the mobile phone remained untouched in the pocket of the victim.

The police is further investigating the case to draw out a conclusion. (ANI)
