'Lucky' Manmohan Singh's brings first snowfall to Moscow

Moscow, Dec. 8 (ANI): Even weather gods lauded India-Russiauclear pact.

while two countries were signing the broad-based nuclear agreement, Moscow received its first winter snowfall.

It was unusual. Normally, the city starts receiving its snowfall in November, but the Russians say it was waiting for Dr.Singh to arrive and sign the much awaited pact.

The first snowfall is considered auspicious by Russians.
