BSNL looking at smaller buys in Africa: Chairman

New Delhi, Dec 3: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd's Chairman on Thursday, Dec 3, said that the company is looking at smaller acquisition opportunities in Africa.

Speaking on the sidelines of an industry conference here, Kuldeep Goyal said, "We are looking at many deals, smaller ones, in Africa mostly."

He declined to comment on whether Bharat Sanchar would go it alone to take a holding in the Kuwaiti mobile operator.
