CAT server crash: HRD demands status report
New Delhi, Nov 30: Three days after the online CAT (Common Admission Test) examination was disrupted in various management and business institutes, the HRD ministry on Nov 30 has asked the convenor of CAT to submit a status report.
The professor from IIM Kolkata, who is in charge of the online exam has been directed to submit a report on the failure to hold the exam.
Students in Mumbai, Bangalore and Ghaziabad could not take the online examination even on the third day, as it continued to be plagued by the technical glitches and virus attacks.
