UP Principal Secy Housing commits suicide

Lucknow, Nov 29: Uttar Pradesh Principal Secretary (Housing) committed suicide here on Saturday, Nov 28.

Harminder Raj Singh, Principal Secretary (Housing) in the State government, shot himself in the head with his personal weapon at his residence on Vikramaditya Marg

Singh was a 1978 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer.

Some people claim that the IAS officer was under a lot of mental pressure owing to the political interference in his work.
