UNICEF employee shot dead in Philippines
Manila, Nov 27: In the another election-related murder, a UNICEF employee was shot dead in southern Philippines on Thursday, Nov 26.
The victim identified as Nestor Bulahan was shot from of a close range at his abdomen when he was on his way to meet his friend in Maguindanao province.
According to report from Mindanao police, Bulahan who lived in n the southern city of Cotabato succumbed to his injuries On Nov 26.
On Nov 23, 57 people were shot dead in the vicinity of Masalay, Maguindanao, including the wife of Buluan town Vice Mayor Ishmael Mangudadatu and some 13 media personalities, were shot dead in the vicinity of Masalay, Maguindanao.
