San Francisco's porn baron's son on murder trial

Carlifornia, Nov 21: James Raphael Mitchell, the son of the San Francisco pornography baron is reportedly on trial for first-degree murder of his girlfriend.

The 27-year-old will stand trial on accusations that he crushed his ex-girlfriend Danielle Keller's skull with a baseball bat on Jul 12.

On Thursday, Nov 19, Marin County Judge Kelly Simmons ruled that there was enough evidence to put James Mitchell on trial for murder.

James Mitchell also is charged with kidnapping his and Keller's 1-year-old daughter.

The son of the late 'Behind the Green Door' director Jim Mitchell defends himself saying that it was an act of passion.
