Bombay HC issues notice to Kurbaan producers

Mumbai, Nov 19: The Bombay High Court has issued a notice to the producers of the new Bollywood film Kurbaan over a song.

The movie which is set to be released on Friday, Nov 20 was produced by Karan Johar, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. They are expected to respond by Jan 14, say latest media reports.

The Muslim community has objected to a song in the movie citing that that lyrics are offensive to the community.

The movie has already come under the scanner of Shiv Sena over the poster which shows Kareena Kapoor flashing her bare back. Last week, Sainiks covered the actress' back with a saffron saree.
