Rahul discourages future PM predictions
Vijaywada, Nov 18: Repeatedly faced with the question of being the country's future prime minister, Rahul Gandhi, general secretary of AICC said on Wednesday, Nov 18, that he should not be predicted as the future prime minister.
Claiming that the future cannot be predicted, Rahul in his address to the students said, "Please don't consider me as the future prime minister. Nobody can predict the future and what lay in store. Anybody can become the prime minister."
Rahul praised prime minister Manmohan Singh saying that he was performing his responsibilities well.
He also answered the queries of 1500 students on terrorism to which he said that Congress was dealing with issue as per the law.
Issues such as global warming, reservations and the like also found mention in the discussion.
