Delhi police identify cyber cafes used by Headley

New Delhi, Nov 17: Delhi police has reportedly succeeded in identifying two cyber cafes which were visited by the terror suspect when he visited the nation's capital.

Sources have revealed that the police has identified two central cyber cafes visited by suspected LeT operative David Coleman Headley during his three-day stay in two hotels Paharganj in Mar 2009.

The police continued the 'routine' searches even on Tuesday, Nov 17.

“We have passed on this information to National Investigation Agency (NIA)," an official has been quoted as saying in a news report.

“We check cyber cafes every week. If we get some information, we will pass on to NIA. The checks are routine," the official said, asserting that the Delhi police is not investigating into the Headley case.

However, reports say that the police has been conducting searches in hotels, cyber cafes and telephone booths in Paharganj locality since Sunday, Nov 15.
