Children's day: Google features Indian boy's art

The 2009 Children's day is a special one for India as the popular Google doodle on Nov 14 displays the artwork of 9-year-old Gurgaon boy Puru Pratap Singh. Singh who studies at Amity School Google's Doodle contest for designing creative logos for special days.
The prize-winning doodle titled 'My India, Full of Life' effectively portrays the country's past and the present with a blast of color which is considered synonymous with the word 'India'.
From royalty, Mahatma Gandhi to the natural and geological aspects of the country, the Class IV student has captured it all.
India celebrates Children's day on Nov 14 every year marking the the birth anniversary of its first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
