L&T wins Rs 1635cr order from MPPGCL
Mumbai, Nov 9: Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced that it has won an order worth Rs 1,635 crore from Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Ltd (MPPGCL) at Shree Singaji (Malwa) thermal power plant.
The project is being funded by the state government of MP and Power Finance Corporation (PFC), the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
"The scope of work includes designing, engineering, manufacturing of coal handling and ash handling plant at coal fired power plant in Khandwa district of Madhya Pradesh," L&T added.
