It's a baby boy for Google co-founder Larry Page

California, Nov 7: The co-founder of Google, Larry Page has reportedly become a proud father of a baby boy.

Reports on the internet claim that Page and his wife Lucy Southworth had a child. While the initial reports were unsure of the sex of the child, the updated ones confirm that it is a boy.

However, there is no information on what he has been named.

Seven months ago, Southworth's pregnancy hit the news. Larry married his Lucy, a model and a PhD holder, in Dec 2007 on Richard Branson's island.

Larry Page's baby is the second heir to the Google legacy. Before him, Benji Brin who was born to Sergey Brin, the other co-founder of the most successful internet ventures ever, and his wife Anne Wojcicki.

Baby Page enters the world after his billionaire father's fortune almost grew fivefold, a report in Gawker.com points out.

According to Forbes, during the Mar 2009 to Sep 2009 period, Page's wealth went from by 3 billion dollars to 15 billion dollars on the prospering Google shares.
