Kashmir issue creates uproar in UN meeting
United Nations, Nov 3: The UN panel meeting on Humanitarian issues encountered serious protest from the Indian side when Pakistan UN representative raised the Kashmir issue.
Reacting strongly to Pakistan UN Representative Amjad Hussian's allegation on restriction imposed on people of Jammu and Kashmir, Congress MP BK Hariprasad said," Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of kashmir and the people take part in free, fair and open election."
He said that Kashmir issue cannot be raised by Islamabad as it is still an integral part of India.
