CII, SAFIR organise South Asia Conclave in Delhi
New Delhi, Nov 2: The CII and SAFIR (South Asia Forum for Infrastructure Regulation) have organised a South Asia Conclave, to examine the prevailing regulatory framework in the full spectrum of infrastructure in South Asia.
The Conclave is on 'Enabling Regulation for Investment in Infrastructure' on 3 & 4th Nov 2009 at The Hotel Imperial, New Delhi.
Finance Minister, Pranab Mukherjee would join as Chief Guest and Union Minister for Power, Sushil Kumar Shinde as Guest of Honor at the Inaugural Session of the Conclave.
The Conclave will emphasize on South Asian market especially on GDP growth and FDI inflows.
Distinguished personalities from the Indian government, regulatory authorities and business leaders from South Asian economies (Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan & Sri Lanka) will address the various sessions of Conclave.
The Conclave would also feature concurrent sessions on roads/highways, telecom, ports, water and urban services, petroleum and natural gas and power including hydropower spread over the two day Conclave.
