H1N1 kills 4 more, toll mounts to 431
New Delhi, Oct 23: Four new Swine Flu deaths reported from across India on Thursday, Oct 23 has taken the country's H1N1 death toll to 431.
Out of the four deaths, two were reported from Maharahstra which has been the worst-affected state in the country. With these deaths, the state's death toll mounts to 185.
Third death was reported from Andhra Pradesh taking that state's death toll 45.
The other fatality was that of AK Banwar, a man who was shifted from Orissa to New Delhi as his condition deteriorated. Banwar succumbed to the virus on Thursday, Oct 22.
According to the health ministry data, 112 new cases were reported in the country, taking the total number of people affected with the flu to 13,142.
