Daughter kills parents over property row

Lucknow, Oct 18: In a shocking incident, an elderly couple was allegedly killed by their daughter and son-in-law over property dispute in Mall area, police said here on Sunday, Oct 18.

According to police, Lallu (65) and his wife Lalli (62) were killed allegedly by their daughter Mini and her husband Balram over property dispute in Barawan Khera village late last night, on Saturday, Oct 17.

"Lallu's elder daughter Siyapti had lodged a written complaint against Mini and Balram," a news agency quoted as police official saying.

Police said Mini had married Balram against the wishes of her parents nearly 10 years back and from the last few months they were pressurising Lallu to give share in his property.
