Levi Johnston pumping iron, dieting for Playgirl shoot

Washington, Oct 17 (ANI): Levi Johnston, the father to former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's grandchild, is pumping iron and working hard on his diet to give himself the 'hunky look' for his upcoming nude shoot for Playgirl.

Johnston's trainer Marvin Jones says he is eating 3,500 calories a day, working out three hours everyday for six days a week, along with a lot of cardio.

The Politico quoted Jones as telling People mag: "Moose meat is very good for you, high in protein and very lean.

"He's an avid hunter, so he has his own."

Jones revealed that Johnston would work out in Anchorage until the next month.

He said: "I'm not trying to give him a body builder's look. He's going to be more toned and more defined. I'd like to see him with rounder and more muscular shoulders, with a fuller chest. We're going to firm his abs up, [and give him a] smaller waist."

"I know that's something he wants to do, and we're having fun training... We're looking forward to revealing all his hard work!" he added.

According to Gawker.com how much Johnston would bare would only be decided at the shoot. (ANI)
