US envoy condemns bomb attack outside Indian embassy in Afghanistan
New Delhi, Oct 8 (ANI): U.S. Ambassador to India Timothy J. Roemer on Thursday condemned the attack outside the Indian embassy in Afghanistan, calling it 'deeply troubling'.
Roemer told reporters in New Delhi that US was deeply concerned about the incident.We want to extend, both to the foreign secretary, but also to the people of India, the United States of America's support to India. It's concerned about this bombing which is deeply troubling," said Roemer.
At least 12 people were reportedly killed and over 83 injured in a suicide car bomb explosion near the Indian embassy in Kabul on Thursday morning. (ANI)
