'Positive vibes' emanated during meeting with Krishna: Qureshi
Washington, Oct.7 (ANI): Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that he received 'positive vibes' during his meeting with Indian counterpart S.M. Krishna last month.
Interacting with media persons during a joint press conference with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Qureshi said there was no issue in the meeting upon which both leaders could disagree.
"Being a politician, I can read between the lines and I can tell you I got positive vibes, because my message was positive, my engagement was positive, my intentions are positive," The Nation quoted Qureshi,as saying.
"I have suggested a way forward, and I saw nothing in him where he could disagree with me," Qureshi said.
Qureshi and Krishna had met in New York on the margins of the UN General Assembly on September 27.
Following the meeting, which primarily focused on the 26/11 probe, Krishna had said that both India and Pakistan have agreed on a road map, and stressed that it was up to Islamabad to take the issue forward. (ANI)
