HINDRAF leader Manoharan now a free man
Shah Alam (Malaysia), Oct. 4 (ANI): All the restriction placed on Hindu Rights Action Force (HINDRAF) leader M. Manoharan's release have been withdrawn.
The Star Online quoted Selangor police deputy commissioner Khalid Abu Bakar as saying that no action would be taken against Manoharan when he returns from Tanzania.
Manoharan's wife S. Pushpaneela also said that her husband had received a letter from the Home Minister on the day of his departure for Tanzania last Wednesday, saying he was free from the restriction order.
Earlier, the former ISA detainee M. Manoharan has sued the Malaysian Government for a whopping 100-million-ringgit for calling him a terrorist. (ANI)
