Blackmailed, Letterman admits to sex with staff

Washington, Oct 3: The popular late-night show host, David Letterman who was reportedly being blackmailed by a CBS employee came clean in front of millions of people when he made a stunning confession on the show admitting that he had sexual relationships with female employees.

The talk show host who made his confession in a monologue said that a CBS news employee was trying to extort 2 million dollars from him, threatening to expose his 'sexcapades'.

Letterman who mixed jokes in his monologue confused his studio audience on Thursday, Oct 1.

Network officials have revealed that the accused works on the true-crime show '48 Hours'. He has been arrested and suspended from the network.

A person close to the development, who spoke on condition of anonymity, was quoted as saying that the suspect is Robert Halderman.
