UK Sikh cop wins discrimination case

London, Oct.2 (ANI): A Brit Sikh police officer, who was told to remove his turban during training, has won his discrimination case.

Police constable Gurmeal Singh, 31, is in line for a payout after being made to do the riot course while off work with stress, reports the Daily Express.

A tribunal ruled yesterday that this was harassment.

The Greater Manchester Police officer's lawyer called the judgment "fantastic". (ANI)
