SL: 13 injured in car bomb explosion
Colombo, Oct 2: At least 13 people including school children were injured in an explosion in northwestern Sri Lanka on Friday, Oct 2, the military said.
Military spokesman Brig Udaya Nanayakkara said a private dispute is suspected behind the blast. He said an investigation is continuing.
He said, "The bomb exploded when the engine was started Friday morning near the town of Kurunegala."
