Hakeemullah Mehsud's close aide arrested in NWFP

Islamabad, Oct.1 (ANI): Pakistani security forces have nabbed a close aide of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) chief Hakimullah Mehsud from Duaba, Hangu.

District Police Officer Mir Chaman said Mohammad Shah alias Mamay was arrested during raids conducted by the security officials in Duaba.

However, Shah's other associates managed to escape, The Nation reported.

Police officials said Shah was in-charge commander of Duaba and was wanted in several sabotage activities, including attacks on security forces. (ANI)
