TCS wins multi-million dollar deal

Mumbai, Sep 30: India's leading software exporter, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd on Wednesday, Sep 30 said it has signed a multi-million dollar deal with Singapore People's Association (SPA).

SPA is a grassroots government organisation under the ministry of community development, youth and sports.

The deal is to provide annual application management services (AMS) for two years to People's Association in the city state, the company said in a statement to the stock exchange.

Girija Pande, EVP and head - TCS Asia Pacific, said, "Our expertise in AMS combined with our ability to deliver certainty of results will provide sustained value to People's Association."

Pande also said, "We have instilled strict quality control procedures and continue to drive more value for our Singaporean clients through increased service quality provided by our team of highly qualified people with local knowledge of culture and processes."
