Malay man with fetish for panties and bras nabbed by neighbours!

Kuala Lumpur, September 24 (ANI): A man obsessed with women's undergarments has been handed over to police by his neighbours.

The man, believed to be in his early 30's, was nabbed with two bags full of women's lingerie as he made his "rounds" at Taman Jernih, Bukit Tengah.

Seberang Prai Tengah district acting police chief Superintendent Mohan Singh said neighbours smelt something fishy after the man went about the housing estate in a suspicious way, reports the New Straits Times Online.

Doubts were further raised when he was unable to answer their questions, which prompted them to search his motorcycle's basket that was found laden with undergarments. (ANI)
