New Al Qaeda video marking 9/11 anniversary
Dubai, Sep 23: Al Qaeda released a new video featuring number two Ayman al-Zawahri marking the anniversary 9/11 attacks against the United States.
Zawahri was among leading figures from the group who spoke in the 106-minute Arabic-language video, entitled 'The West ... and The Dark Tunnel,' SITE Institute said.
The video posted on Al Qaeda supporters visited websites spoke of the global economic crisis and election of US President Barack Obama.
On Monday, Sept 14, Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in a message called 'A statement to the American people' warned the American people over their government's close ties with Israel.
It is believed that at present, Bin Laden and Zawahri reside in the mountainous territory along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
