Adobe rolls out Photoshop and Premiere Elements 8

Bangalore, Sep 23: Adobe System Incorporated has announced the release of two of its much awaited products Photoshop Elements 8 and Premiere Elements 8, which would be made available as stand alone products or as a single retail package as the bundle.

The bundle integrates the photo-editing component of Photoshop Elements 8 with the video editing software Premiere Elements 8, therefore providing one work space for both photo manipulation and video editing.

"We want our customers to feel confident that they can achieve professional results with their photos and videos, without having to do any of the heavy lifting," said Doug Mack, vice president and general manager of Consumer and Hosted Solutions at Adobe.

While the Photoshop Elements 8 features built-in intelligence that automatically analyse images, the new version of Premier comes with the capability to detect track motion in video which makes it easier for the users to add special effects.

The new versions of No 1 photo and video editing software gives the user the creative freedom along with providing a professional touch to the work.
