Police rescues kidnapped Patna student

Patna, Sep 18: The police rescued eight-year-old Srestha, who was kidnapped on his way to school four days ago from a hideout under Baniyapur police station area of Saran district.

State Director General of Police Anand Shankar said a kidnapper identified as Vickky was arrested during the raid.

The DGP added that a special police team was escorting Srestha, who was safe but would be medically examined for his health condition.
