8 H1N1 deaths takes Pune's toll to 52
Pune, Sep 18: Eight more people sucumbed to H1N1 in Pune taking the city's total toll to 52.
A seven-year old boy died on Tuesday, Sep 15, three more Swine flu victims died on Wednesday, Sep 16 and four deaths occurred on Thursday, Sep 17.
The H1N1 test results of the victims who died on Sep 15 and Sep 16 were received only after the demise, reports Times of India.
The report claims that family and the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation's (PCMC) medical director confirmed the boy's death that occurred on Tuesday, Sep 15 to the newspaper while the state health officials are still unaware of it.
