Major fire breaks out at a Delhi candle factory

New Delhi, Sep 12 (ANI): A candle-making factory was razed to the ground following a major fire broke out in Naraina Industrial area here on Saturday.

The fire broke out past -midnight. The fire was so huge that it engulfed the entire building and around 25 fire vehicles were called to douse the fire.

Speaking to media Deputy Chief, Fire Officer Santok Singh said: "Basically it was a candle-making factory with two-three floors, which caved in burying the flames underneath them. The LPG cylinder and the diesel tank inside the factory also got exploded because of which we faced difficulty to douse the fire."

The Delhi Police have registered a case and investigating to find out exact reason of the fire.

No casualty was reported in the incident. (ANI)
