Delhi govt issues flood warning

New Delhi, Sep 11: Following heavy rains, the Delhi government has issued a flood warning and has directed the respectively authorities to take necessary steps.

The flood control department has been aked to start evacuating people from low lying areas and especially areas adjacent to the Yamuna river.

The alert was issued after a high-level meeting which was called to review the situation across the state.
